Small program freezer
Low-cost model that does not require liquid nitrogen or freezing materials.
This is a liquid nitrogen-free, non-refrigerant freezer that supports cryopreservation research of various samples such as embryos, stem cells, mammalian cells, sperm, antibodies, tissue sections, and rodent organs. It is equipped with accurate, high-precision, and reproducible cryopreservation performance. Unlike conventional cooling rate control devices that use liquid nitrogen, it poses no contamination risk and can be used in facilities such as clean rooms. Despite its compact size that fits neatly on a tabletop, the cell survival rate after freezing demonstrates performance equivalent to or better than standard liquid nitrogen freezers. Additionally, there is no risk of fire as it does not use alcohol. It can cool down to -100°C using a straw plate. The cooling and thawing rates of this device are precisely controlled, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility throughout the entire freezing profile, particularly during the critical nucleation and seeding stages. This optimizes cell recovery during thawing. Operation is simple, with the included software allowing data recording and display of the cooling profile on the main screen. Various cooling profiles can be selected from a dropdown menu, and it is also possible to write customized profiles.
