The "Electric Heating Roller Hearth Kiln (Special Atmosphere/Air)" is a rapid firing continuous kiln with rollers on the furnace floor. The rollers are made of materials such as stainless steel, ceramic (high alumina), or SiC, depending on the firing temperature, and they rotate via an inverter-controlled drive mechanism. The items being fired progress along the rotating rollers through preheating, firing, and cooling zones. Depending on the shape and dimensions of the products, they may be placed on refractory setters. It is suitable for positive and negative electrode materials for secondary batteries, various ceramic molded bodies, various powder raw materials, electronic components, and other applications.
