We will introduce a case that adopted a motorized cam-type indexing device with the aim of miniaturizing the entire apparatus!

We would like to introduce a case study that adopted our "Pearldex PDW Series." In the production process of small products such as electronic components, there were concerns that the axial dimensions would increase, leading to an overall enlargement of the equipment. Therefore, it was necessary to lower the turntable using other rotating mechanisms to miniaturize the entire device. [Case Study] Drive Source for AGV Wheels

We will introduce a case where it became possible to handle high loads without significantly changing the size of the reducer!

We would like to introduce a case study of our slim-type gear reducer, the "JFR Series." There was a requirement to transport heavy loads and improve the specifications of the AGV, which necessitated making the gear reducer capable of handling high loads. However, due to space constraints for installation, we did not want to increase the size of the gear reducer. We would like to introduce a case where our "TCG Runner" and "TLS (TGC Lubrication Supply System)" were adopted. In the stocker transport section of the machine tool, a rack and pinion system was used. However, during lubrication maintenance, the installation location of the rack was set at a high and difficult-to-work area, resulting in significant labor costs for maintenance, prompting a search for a solution. After adoption, maintenance-free operation was achieved without the need for additional lubrication, contributing to a reduction in maintenance frequency and running costs. [Case Study] High-Load Work Transport in Clean Rooms

We would like to introduce a case study that adopted our "TCG Runner Stainless Steel Specification." We considered methods for transporting high-load workpieces within a clean room. While we were looking into using rack and pinion or chains for high-speed operation, issues such as positioning accuracy, dust generation, and the risk of rust became problems in the adoption process. We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Runner" implementation. In medical institutions, large inspection devices (such as CT and MRI) used gears for the rotation drive parts and the elevation/travel parts of the bed. However, due to the close proximity of people to the equipment, the noise generated during operation became a challenge. After the implementation, replacing the gear drive parts with our product eliminated the unpleasant gear noise, making it quieter than the conventional drive noise. 【Features】 - The contact area between the roller pinion and cam teeth is a rolling contact, achieving low noise, low wear, and low dust generation. We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Ring Unit RGU (R Guide Specification)." We were considering using a timing belt drive for the inversion device of large substrates to address backlash issues. However, as we used it, dust generation due to wear and maintenance challenges from belt elongation became problematic, prompting us to explore other drive methods. After implementation, we achieved non-backlash and low-dust operation. [Case Study] Labor-Saving Device with Multiple Head Drive

An example of contributing to the reduction of malfunction rates by replacing the rack and pinion with a TCG runner.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Runner" implementation. To consolidate the various processes of the labor-saving device into one, we considered manufacturing a device that completes the work in one process by arranging multiple pinions on the same rack. However, placing the rack and pinion in the same line resulted in significant variation in stopping positions, which led to issues. After implementation, the stopping accuracy improved, and positioning control with multiple heads became possible. We would like to introduce a case study involving the implementation of the ball reduction gear 'BR Series' with a simple waterproof specification. In production lines using reduction gears, there was a challenge where moisture intrusion into the gear was confirmed under specific conditions. This trend was particularly observed in equipment involved in cleaning processes, environments prone to condensation, or outdoor usage, where exposure to moisture was frequent. As a result of the implementation, moisture intrusion into the reduction gear was significantly suppressed. Issues such as rusting of internal components and emulsification or degradation of grease were resolved, allowing the original lubrication state of the reduction gear to be maintained over an extended period.
