ZeDry/H2 is a high-capacity, solvent-free, thermosetting dispenser-type getter for hydrogen and moisture. It is designed for semi-hermetic packages of optoelectronic devices, microelectronics device packages, and optical/electronic modules. ZeDry/H2 functions as a reversible getter for moisture. (Even after saturation due to atmospheric exposure, it is possible to recover the adsorption capacity through heating. However, recovery of adsorption capacity for hydrogen is not possible, but the partial pressure of hydrogen in the atmosphere near the surface is extremely low, so the decrease in hydrogen adsorption capacity due to atmospheric exposure can be ignored.)
