It is widely used for processes ranging from regrinding, roll grinding, cutting, deburring, and other precision finishing operations.
The "Resinoid Manufacturing Method" involves adding phenolic synthetic resin and other binding agents to the abrasive grains of the raw material, and then firing it at around 200°C to produce the product.
The vitrified manufacturing method allows for the production of grinding wheels using ultra-fine powders that are difficult to use or abrasive grains that are challenging to combine, without deformation, resulting in grinding wheels with excellent grinding performance (sharpness and finish).
Grinding wheels produced by this method are used for ultra-precision finishing processes, such as polishing grinding wheels for magnetic heads of audio and video card readers or ferrite cores, as well as for end face polishing of fiber optic connector parts, due to their good grinding performance.
