This time, we replaced a total of three receiver-type intercoms installed on the right side of the main unit on each floor, from B1 to the 2nd floor. We would like to introduce a case where issues were resolved through the update of telephone equipment at a foundry. The president handles phone calls in the office, but when he is unavailable, calls from business partners keep ringing, and even with a cordless phone installed on-site, he was unable to notice incoming calls, which was a concern. In response, we proposed a telephone main unit for small business phones from Nakayo. We configured it so that when there is an incoming external call, a loud bell sound resonates throughout the factory. Even in the noisy environment of the processing factory, all employees were able to notice the phone ringing and respond accordingly.
