It can be used as a standalone unit (with a size of 2 tsubo or more) or designed as a large space by connecting multiple units, accommodating a wide range of applications. We offer a rich selection of optional parts, including fully glass-walled deck units, allowing for the creation of spaces that pursue originality and design aesthetics. The installation process is speedy, and in cases where spatial dispersion is necessary to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we can respond quickly. "Mobile Space" is a unit house that can be completed in as little as one day. The unit houses are produced with 80% of the entire construction process taking place in a factory. By adopting industrialized construction that incorporates everything from electrical systems and air conditioning to water supply and drainage within the factory, we have made it possible to achieve uniform quality and rapid construction. The produced unit houses are transported to the site by truck and assembled like building blocks. Unit house | Mobile spaces with excellent design and functionality can be tailored to suit various purposes. Accommodates everything from small-scale to large three-story spaces.

Mobile Space is a unit house that can be completed in as little as one day. Since about 80% of the construction process is produced in our own factory, we can significantly shorten the construction period compared to traditional methods that require all work to be done on-site. It is possible to build large spaces up to three stories high by connecting units, starting from a small size (2 tsubo). Mobile Space can be used in various ways, such as using the first floor as a warehouse or garage and the second floor as an office or living space, effectively utilizing limited land area. It is also possible to create stylish private spaces within the garage by adding glass partitions. Additionally, insulation material is inserted in all surfaces of the roof, walls, and floor, ensuring a comfortable space throughout the year. Furthermore, the insulation material is made from fire-resistant materials, providing peace of mind in the event of a fire. Unit houses can be relocated or expanded even after construction. There is also a buyback system available if they are no longer needed, minimizing business risks. *Note 1: Three-story buildings can be accommodated with the 57.75MS1 high type. A customer who is a master of a karate dojo in Chiba Prefecture has utilized his many years of experience and achievements to newly establish the Kyokushin Kaikan Shimosa Branch Ootakanomori Dojo. Since having a pillar in the middle of the room is inconvenient for a dojo, he wanted a space without any pillars. While it would be difficult to achieve this with conventional wooden structures, the products from Sankyo Frontier can create a pillar-free space, leading to the adoption of this product. The ceiling height is also about 2.7 meters, providing a large space that does not hinder movements during training with equipment.
