**Exhibiting at the 25th Interphex Japan!** Sanwise Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at Interphex Week Tokyo, held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 5 (Wednesday) to July 7 (Friday), 2023. With the theme of "Controlling Everything," we will showcase not only interlock control panels but also custom control panels that integrate autonomous transport robots with automatic doors. Additionally, we will display popular products such as the "High-Seal Sliding Door SAR40," which offers convenient options for manual, self-closing, and automatic operation while maintaining high airtightness, as well as airtight packing options for negative pressure measures. Although made of steel, it is very lightweight. We are launching a new lightweight steel sliding door. The "SSST-N40" features an all-steel visible portion, while the door surface material is made of thin steel plates ranging from 0.4mm to 0.8mm. The interior of the door utilizes an aluminum frame along with honeycomb material and styrene foam to achieve weight reduction, enabling easier opening and closing compared to standard steel doors. The sliding mechanism is available in three types: manual, self-closing, and automatic, with the guide block stored inside and a rubber seal enhancing airtightness at the opening. We also offer a variety of options, including various FIX windows, grilles, and sanitary covers (sloped covers). We can accommodate custom orders with baked paint finishes in specified colors, creating doors tailored to your needs and purposes in 1mm increments. *Note: The guide block is located at two points (one set) at the door's leading and trailing edges.

Sliding doors, which have been in high demand for factories, clean rooms, and architectural fittings, will be newly added to our lineup. We offer two types: the panel type "ER40," which can accommodate insulation materials, and the frame type "EK30," which allows for full see-through options. Both ER40 and EK30 feature a hanger rail system and come with a soft closer function that allows the doors to close gently. Additionally, we offer a specification that does not include the soft closer but can accommodate larger sizes. The double sliding doors do not have a floor rail, making it easy to open and close any type. The release date is February 13, 2023 (Monday).
