While achieving a short pulse of 1/5 compared to a typical photoelectric switch, it maintains the detection distance of conventional photoelectric switches!

The MPS00101 is a high-speed, high-sensitivity light-receiving IC developed for photoelectric switches. The light emission pulse width is equivalent to 0.5μsec at 1MHz, which is a short pulse that is 1/5 of that of conventional photoelectric switches, while maintaining the detection distance of traditional photoelectric switches. Due to the small light emission duty cycle, it is possible to achieve a detection distance greater than that of conventional devices. General-purpose distance measuring sensor IC 'SRX106AS3'

It incorporates an integrated capacitor for the analog-to-digital conversion circuit that was previously external.

The "SRX106AS3" is an IC for a general-purpose distance measuring device based on triangulation using a PSD element as the input device. The IRED emits light continuously for 8 or 32 times, and the average is output, with the number of emissions selectable based on the state of the setting terminal.
