By utilizing a unique light-receiving element structure, we can break through the performance limits of conventional photodiodes, achieving sensitivity and speed several times greater than traditional products.

Our unique new structure enables approximately five times faster speeds and higher sensitivity compared to other companies' products. By leveraging the advantages of being a fabless manufacturer, we can select the optimal semiconductor process for each user application. We can supply not only mass-produced products but also small quantities of fully customized LSI. Utilizing various prototyping systems, we can produce around 10 LSI prototypes, and we are capable of supplying prototypes for product development stages as well as small-scale production for measuring instruments. We also accept contracts for the development of LSIs with strong research and development elements in systems and algorithms, allowing us to develop ICs utilizing our patents and specialized technologies. For example, we provide optical ICs for optical communication at speeds exceeding 100 Mbps and image sensor technology that eliminates the effects of ambient light for sensing applications.
