[Case Study] Liquid Residue in Tapped Holes After Immersion Treatment

We solve problems such as 'It's very difficult to conduct liquid residue inspections and removal work in-house!'

Manufacturers who have switched their impregnation processing from other companies to ours previously experienced occasional liquid residue, which led to complaints from customers. After switching to our services, we received feedback saying, "There is absolutely no liquid residue, and we are very grateful for that." Furthermore, we also heard, "We have been doing business for over 15 years, and we are truly thankful that there has never been a delay in delivery, even after conducting thorough inspections for liquid residue, dents, and scratches." <Do you have any of these concerns?> ■ Occasionally experiencing liquid residue, leading to complaints from customers ■ Performing liquid residue inspections and removal work in-house after receiving from the impregnation manufacturer, which is quite burdensome *For details on solutions and effects, please download the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Must-see in the Kinki area! We can handle impregnation treatment, chemical treatment, and painting with an in-house integrated system.

Our company can handle all three processes—impregnation treatment (nest stopping), trivalent chromium chemical treatment, and painting—in a consistent system.

Our company conducts metal die casting, impregnation treatment of cast products, trivalent chromium chemical treatment, and painting. 【Features of Impregnation Treatment】 ■ Adoption of 'Organic Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Method' ■ Impregnation agent used is 'Rexeal 100' from Ultra Seal Co., Ltd. *Official certification under [MIL-I-17563C] ■ Prevents leakage by sealing through holes ■ Prevents corrosion from inside the voids by filling them ■ Prevents corrosion from below the treatment surface by filling voids that appear on the surface 【Effects and Features of Trivalent Chromium Chemical Treatment】 ■ Uses 'Sartec 650V' from Sartec Co., Ltd. ■ Improves corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys ■ Enhances rust prevention effects ■ Improves adhesion for painting as a base layer ■ Enhances corrosion resistance of the paint film ■ Can suppress the decrease in corrosion resistance during heating, which is a disadvantage of chromate treatment ■ The film is thin, with no dimensional changes ■ Complies with RoHS directive (no hexavalent chromium content) *Upon request, our partner company can also handle painting. FSC/HS Room Temperature Impregnation Treatment Transparent Heat Resistant 1500 Degrees

Casting products are subjected to impregnation sealing treatment under normal temperature and pressure conditions. The heat resistance temperature is 1500 degrees, and continuous use at 1000 degrees is possible. It prevents high-temperature oxidation of various metals.

High purity, inorganic agents are liquefied to treat the voids in various metal products at room temperature. We can also provide treatment for products that have experienced air leakage. Compared to vacuum impregnation treatment, our method offers lower costs and shorter delivery times, with the ability to target specific areas precisely. Our transparent room temperature impregnation treatment with a heat resistance of 1500 degrees is unique to our company.

What are the effects of organic system vacuum pressure impregnation treatment? 【Effects of impregnation treatment】

By performing immersion treatment, it is possible to provide various positive effects!

The products treated with our "organic vacuum pressure impregnation" process provide the following effects: 【Effects on Products】 ■ Leak Prevention: By sealing through holes, we prevent leaks. ■ Corrosion Resistance: By filling voids, we prevent erosion from within. ■ Pre-treatment for Surface Treatment: By filling voids that appear on the surface, we prevent corrosion from beneath the treatment surface. *For more details, please download the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Organic vacuum pressure impregnation treatment [What is the impregnation method?]

There are various methods for "impregnation treatment," including inorganic and non-pressurized types, and I will introduce the differences among them.

What is the "Organic Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Treatment" that our company conducts? Products are placed in a basket within a vacuum device, and the pressure inside the device is reduced to create a vacuum state. Furthermore, by applying compressed air, the impregnation agent is filled deep into the defective parts of the product, which is referred to as "Organic Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Treatment." Compared to inorganic systems, it excels in sealing properties and water resistance, and this vacuum pressure impregnation method allows the impregnation agent to penetrate even deeper into the voids. *For more details, please download the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

We can handle immersion treatment, chemical treatment, and painting in-house with a consistent system! Short delivery times and low costs.

Aren't you outsourcing some parts of various processes? Our company can handle all three processes—impregnation treatment, chemical treatment, and painting—in a consistent system.

Our company conducts impregnation treatment and trivalent chromate treatment for metal die-cast and cast products. To address pressure leaks and water leaks caused by casting defects in pressure-resistant parts, we apply impregnation treatment (sealant treatment) to prevent defects (leaks) and also expect improvements in corrosion resistance. Among the impregnation methods, we have adopted the "organic vacuum pressure impregnation method," and we use "Rexeal 100" from Ultra Seal, which is recognized and certified worldwide. It has formal certification under [MIL-I-17563C]. We believe this is the most effective method currently available for achieving sealing effects. By applying impregnation treatment to sudden defective products caused by casting defects, we add value to the products themselves and improve corrosion resistance while preventing plating blisters through sealing. Many companies are incorporating impregnation treatment into their manufacturing processes, which can significantly reduce costs by decreasing waste and regeneration. Furthermore, we also perform trivalent chromate treatment using "Sartec 650V," which provides corrosion resistance comparable to hexavalent chromium and offers various benefits such as improved adhesion in pre-treatment for painting. (Neutral salt spray test for over 336 hours)
