Cooling Tower Circulating Water Quality Improvement Device IDJ-CT [Chemical-Free]

If you are struggling with scaling in circulating cooling water, this is a must-see. By moving away from traditional chemical treatments for scale prevention, we can reduce environmental impact.

This device utilizes a unique electrolysis technology to remove scale from circulating water without the use of chemical agents. Since it does not use chemicals, it contributes to reducing environmental impact and also helps conserve water resources by minimizing blow-off and make-up water in the operation of circulating cooling water. 【Features】 ■ Chemical-free management of circulating cooling water ■ Significantly reduces the number of forced blow-offs due to concentration, enabling water-saving operations ■ Scale that has adhered to pipes and other areas gradually dissolves due to changes in water quality ■ By causing black rust, it also suppresses damage to pipes and equipment caused by scale formation ■ Self-maintenance is possible with regular tank cleaning and simple electrode replacement ■ Scale that has begun to be collected can be confirmed the day after operation starts ■ Power consumption is designed to be energy-efficient, with a maximum of 1 KVA ■ Numerous implementation results both domestically in Japan and overseas *For details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.

Energy-saving effects through INDUSTRIAL WAVE processing.

Achieve a fuel consumption reduction rate of approximately 15% to 20%, and reduce CO2 and CO as well! This also leads to a reduction in maintenance costs.

The "INDUSTRIAL WAVE processing" using TERAQOL technology modifies oil and water electromagnetically, which is expected to improve fuel efficiency through stabilization of fuel consumption due to enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, vibrations caused by frequency prevent new sludge and scale from adhering to the piping. As a result, this not only enhances the durability of the equipment but also leads to a reduction in maintenance costs. 【Expected Effects (Partial)】 <When installing "Industrial Equipment e-WAVE INDUSTRY" on boiler equipment> ■ Achieves approximately 15% to 20% fuel savings ■ Stabilizes the rate of temperature decrease and increase in the boiler, reducing the number of burn cycles ■ Reduces aging changes due to environmental improvements in boiler equipment ■ Avoids economic losses due to operational stoppages *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

0606 Resolving poor iron powder leakage

Measures near the discharge area are important! We will provide you with a rational solution that meets your requirements.

As part of the improvement of existing systems, we received an inquiry from an engineering company and adopted the "Broad Disk." Although the fluidity of the target material is not bad, the discharge section is small at Φ50, so we focused our measures here. For detailed arrangements, please contact us. We provide rational solutions tailored to our customers' conditions. 【Case Overview】 ■ Hopper Diameter: Φ800 ■ Discharge Diameter: Φ50 ■ Target Material: Iron powder (specific gravity: approx. 3, particle size: average about 100 microns) ■ Equipment Arrangement - A total of 4 Broad Disk Minis - 4 Broad Disks 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of the risk of foreign matter contamination, as well as strength and durability. The silicone disks of this equipment are extremely excellent in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is important! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller prepared. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

0389 Resolution of rat holes in resin recycling fine powder

A case of adopting the Brody Disk Mini to eliminate rat holes in micro-powdered products.

This is a case we received from a representative in the materials development department of a major electrical equipment manufacturer. They contacted us regarding an issue where the fluidity of the resin recycling fine powder "micronized product" is poor, causing rat holes in the hopper of their development test machine. No measures had been taken specifically for bridging or rat holes, and they have decided to install a blow disk this time. After the installation of this equipment, the resin fine powder has been flowing out steadily. [Overview] ■ Hopper diameter: 350φ ■ Discharge diameter: 80φ ■ Hopper cone angle: 45° *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous case studies. You can check them out via the link below.

Used with nitrogen gas.

The subject matter is agricultural chemicals with a particle size of about 100μ! A case study of the introduction of a Brody disk.

Here is a case study of a silo installed in a chemical plant. Initially, there were four proposals for the number of Brodie disks to be installed, but to minimize the usage of nitrogen gas, it was decided to install eight disks. We have not seen the target material in this case, but according to the customer, it has "quite poor fluidity." However, after installation, the equipment has been operating without any issues. 【Overview】 ■ Silo diameter: φ1200 ■ Discharge port diameter: φ200 ■ Target material: - Pesticide-related - Particle size: approximately -100μm - Bulk density: approximately 0.6 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability due to the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disks of this equipment are highly excellent in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

0712 Elimination of bridge and rat holes in talc + additives.

Introducing a solution for rat holes occurring at the bridge of the Φ800 hopper and its lower reducer!

We would like to introduce a case where the issues of bridging and rat holes with talc and additives were resolved. Four blow discs (BD-15 type) were installed slightly above the discharge section of the Φ800 hopper. Two blow disc minis (BD-08 type) were installed in the reducer. With these countermeasures, the user's challenges were cleared in one go. How can we easily and cost-effectively eliminate bridging, rat holes, powder blockages, and obstructions? We believe we have the answer. While we cannot guarantee 100%, we are confident that there is a significant possibility of solving customer issues easily and at low cost. 【Countermeasures】 <Equipment Installation> ■ Four blow discs (BD-15 type) installed slightly above the discharge section of the Φ800 hopper ■ Two blow disc minis (BD-08 type) installed in the reducer <Control> ■ Using the C-SV4 controller with four built-in solenoid valves, sequential air aeration is applied to the above blow discs and blow disc minis in four locations. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
