[Construction Example] Laundry Factory: Filling Work for Loose Ground Under Machinery Foundation

Injecting urethane under the mechanical foundation to resolve ground looseness! Solved in a short construction period of one day.

We would like to introduce a case of "filling work for loosening under the machine foundation and urethane filling work inside the pit" conducted at a laundry factory in Kanagawa Prefecture. Due to the loosening of the ground under the machine foundation, the dewatering machine tilted. Therefore, we performed filling work to inject urethane under the machine foundation to resolve the ground loosening, and also carried out work to fill urethane inside the pit where the dewatering machine is installed to prevent further subsidence. After the construction, we conducted a filling confirmation using a CCD camera and confirmed that the urethane was evenly filled under the machine foundation. [Case Overview] ■ Construction Area: 10m2 ■ Construction Period: 1 day ■ Area: Kanagawa Prefecture *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Overview of the A&S Method

Low cost, shortened construction period! Apply compressive force to weak ground to increase strength.

The "A&S Method" is a consolidation dewatering method that adds embankment to the ground improvement method "SKK Method," which enhances the groundwater recovery capacity. Since the ground that has been vaporized under vacuum has minimal subsidence as it is, compressed air is sent to the sand layer surface using a large compressor, generating uplift pressure from the air pressure. The step-type Qin-TAKO compresses the cohesive soil directly and uniformly. By reducing the water content ratio through air blowing and then vaporizing the entire area under vacuum, compression subsidence is achieved due to atmospheric pressure and embankment weight. The reduction in water content ratio and compression subsidence can increase the strength of the ground. 【Features】 ■ Low cost ■ Short construction period (approximately 3 months) ■ No restrictions on construction speed during embankment *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Case] Sagamihara City, Midori Ward, T Column New Construction and Renovation Work

A total of 290 construction locations with an excavation length of approximately 10m! An example of columnar improvement work using the T-column method.

We would like to introduce a case study of the ground improvement work conducted by our company. In a vast area in Tsukui, Sagamihara City, we performed columnar improvement work using our original deep mixing method and T-column method. Due to the construction involving 290 locations and an excavation depth of approximately 10 meters, we installed a 30-ton silo and plant for the solidifying agent. The solidifying agent was delivered daily, and the work was successfully completed. 【Case Overview】 ■ Project Name: T-Column New Construction and Renovation Work in Midori Ward, Sagamihara City ■ Construction Date: March 16, 2020 ■ Location: Chigira, Midori Ward, Sagamihara City *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Significant cost reduction: Recycling soil on construction sites with the 'Litera Method'

High-quality improved soil without mixing unevenness! A method adopted for improvement work in narrow construction yards!

The "Litera Method" is a construction technique that uses a self-propelled soil improvement machine called "Litera" to mix soil and solidifying agents on construction sites. It can be implemented in narrow yards and offers high improvement efficiency, significantly reducing the drop of unmodified areas. Due to the low dust generation, it can also be used in residential areas and alongside roads. Examples of this method's application include "safety measures for skin drop at tunnel portal heads" and "dust control" among other construction cases. 【Features】 ■ Prevention of environmental destruction and elimination of secondary pollution ■ Significant cost reduction made possible by on-site processing ■ High-quality assurance due to the use of high-performance soil improvement machinery ■ Capability to work in narrow yards ■ High improvement efficiency, greatly reducing the drop of unmodified areas ■ Low dust generation allows for use in residential areas and alongside roads *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
