Case of Brody disk adopted for bridge measures in a quicklime silo for harmful gas countermeasures.
The equipment was adopted for bridge prevention in the lime silo for hazardous gas countermeasures at an industrial waste incineration facility. We have a significant track record in such applications. In one case, the customer was using a different method of aeration in the lime silo, but the bridging could not be completely resolved, and the lime had clumped together, possibly due to moisture in the air. Therefore, our equipment was introduced. Initially, there was a risk regarding how much resistance the elastic disk of the blow disk would have against the clumps.
