This is an inductor that can be used for LED headlights, which are gaining attention among automotive headlights. Recently, headlights have diversified, and with the adoption of ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam) and AFS (Adaptive Front-lighting System), the current used has been increasing significantly. Additionally, the structure guarantees an insulation withstand voltage of DC120V for the core and wire. The high insulation withstand voltage enhances reliability. It complies with the automotive reliability standard AEC-Q200.

Low leakage magnetic flux inductor
We have designed a structure that has even less leakage magnetic flux than conventional closed magnetic structures. It can reduce leakage magnetic flux compared to the integrated molding type of metal magnetic materials. When used in a DC-DC converter circuit, it effectively reduces the noise from the fundamental wave and harmonic components of the oscillation frequency, minimizing flickering and blinking of LCD displays in nearby televisions and cameras. Therefore, it is optimal as a power supply for image processing circuits and graphic circuits. It has the same shape as the already marketed CDMPIH10D48. CDMPIH10D48B (1mH-1.5mH) is a product with a larger inductance value than CDMPIH10D48 (43uH-100uH) due to some changes in the structural design.

By using a ferrite core, it is a product with minimal changes in characteristics over time and little change in appearance (such as rust). It is ideal for multi-phase regulators and VRM power circuits for communication base stations. It can also be used for CPU power supplies in servers and storage systems.
