At KIT-CC, we observe the actual ink ejection state in ink/head matching for inkjet development and extract challenges and issues related to printing. Our strength lies in conducting joint ink/head matching evaluations using the inks that our customers are actually using and considering. In particular, regarding the stability of ink ejection, we collaborate with head manufacturers to optimize the parameters of the drive waveform (voltage, time, etc.) and construct waveforms to ensure continuous stability. The ejection state (droplet volume, speed, etc.) is quantified, and we also provide support for development. Furthermore, as the next step, we offer support for print evaluation and process evaluation (such as substrate surface treatment and printing environment).
