The global warming potential (GWP) is a measure that compares the strength of the greenhouse effect of various gases released into the atmosphere, based on carbon dioxide as a reference, over a period of 100 years. On October 15, 2016, the amendment to the Montreal Protocol concerning substances that deplete the ozone layer, adopted in Kigali, redefined it as the "100-year global warming potential." The rigid urethane we use employs high-performance urethane (cyclopentane material) that excels in insulation and environmental properties, resulting in an ozone depletion potential of "zero" and an extremely low global warming potential. To continue implementing concrete measures against climate change, it is necessary for companies to maintain the profits required for their operations; however, we believe it is also essential to recognize our role as a more socially responsible entity and to continue our activities accordingly.
