Water jet cutting

Cutting materials with the jet force of water compressed to ultra-high pressure! We are involved in numerous projects across various industries.

The "Water Jet Cutting Process," which requires little setup time and offers high operability, is suitable for extracting and manufacturing test pieces of new materials, as it does not generate mechanical stress or suffer from thermal effects. "Pure Water Jet Cutting Process" excels at complex cutting of relatively soft materials that can also be cut with blades. Using garnet, a natural mineral with high density, high specific gravity, and low dust, in "Abrasive Water Jet (with Abrasive Particle Mixing)" allows for cutting various hard materials and composite laminated materials. 【Features】 ■ Non-contact and non-thermal processing without using cutting tools ■ Suitable for extracting and manufacturing test pieces of new materials ■ Compatible with a wide range of materials ■ Extensive order history *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Heavy processing

Near-net shape processing is possible! We can process various materials and shapes.

We would like to introduce our "thick material processing" using water jet technology. The quality of the processed surface is not affected by the thickness of the material, and since it is a processing method that does not generate machine load, distortion, or thermal effects, it results in a smooth cutting surface regardless of thickness. Due to the very narrow cutting width, nesting can be minimized, allowing for maximum utilization of materials without waste. 【Features】 ■ Increased productivity with high-speed and high-precision processing ■ Material savings and reduction of scrap ■ Since no vertical or horizontal forces are applied to the workpiece, simple clamping is sufficient ■ No thermal effects ■ Near-net shape processing is possible *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Water jet cutting

By cutting with water flow, it achieves a high-quality finish without affecting the material with heat!

We offer high-precision water jet processing of various gaskets, including the Nichias joint sheet "TOMBO No.T1995," which boasts high versatility and reliability. Since processing is based on CAD data, complex shapes can be reproduced with precision. As no die is required, initial costs such as molds can be reduced, allowing for flexible responses to small lots starting from a single prototype at low cost and short delivery times. Additionally, because cutting is done with water flow, high-quality finishes are achieved without thermal impact on the material. We can accommodate large sizes up to 4000mm x 5500mm and process large-diameter gaskets with precision. 【Features】 ■ Capable of precise reproduction of complex shapes ■ No die required, reducing initial costs such as molds ■ Flexible response to small lots starting from a single prototype at low cost and short delivery times ■ Achieves high-quality finishes without thermal impact on the material ■ Accommodates large sizes up to 4000mm x 5500mm *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

If it doesn't dissolve in water, it can be cut! Water jet processing.

About 10 times the processing speed of wire EDM! Leave water jet cutting processing to us.

"Features of Water Jet" A water jet is a water pressure cutting machine that uses high-pressure water as the cutting source. It can process various products such as gaskets, packing, joint sheets, rubber, sponge, and resin. 【Advantages of Water Jet】 ★ No thermal effects: Since tools like blades and drills do not touch the material, there is no heat generation. ★ Processing range: Capable of cutting up to 2000×3000. ★ No molds required: Unlike press processing, which requires molds and dies, water jet processing does not need molds as it uses high-pressure water. ★ Small lots: Since molds are not required, small lot processing can be done without incurring high costs. Capable of cutting metals, non-metals, and special materials! Can handle both thick and thin materials. Large sizes are also welcome! ⇒ Plate thickness: 0.01mm to over 100mm Processing size: Capable of cutting up to 2000×3000. 【Features】 ■ Cuts a wide range of materials ■ Extensive compatibility ■ Short delivery times and small lot processing ■ Proven track record *Please download the PDF to view the equipment overview.

EPDM65° Spacer Water Jet Processing

EPDM 65° is a common material, and water jet processing is often performed. Water jet cutting is effective for producing thick spacers.

EPDM is characterized by excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance, as well as good electrical properties and high resistance to polar liquids. A water jet cutter can cut according to the shape of the drawing data. Since it uses water, it can process the material without giving it thermal stress.

Fluoro rubber Viton small-scale processing

Small-scale processing of fluororubber can be delivered in a short period if the thickness is in stock. For small-scale processing of Viton, machining without a mold is recommended.

Fluorine rubber is the most expensive but has very high heat and chemical resistance. It is used not only in cutting-edge fields such as rockets but also for chemical tank linings. For larger quantities, we accept machining, and for smaller quantities, we offer water jet processing.

Ethylene propylene rubber flange packing water jet processing

We manufactured a flange packing using ethylene propylene rubber. If it's water jet processing, we can accept packing production starting from one piece.

EPDM is characterized by excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance, as well as good electrical properties and high resistance to polar liquids. It is shaped by cutting with a water jet cutter. This is a processing method that does not impose thermal stress on the material.
