Our business is divided into three divisions: "Manufacturing Business," "NDT Business," and "Calibration Business." Our main operations involve processing aerospace-related components, including electrical discharge machining, wire cutting, fine hole electrical discharge machining, water jet cutting, and graphite product processing. ~ We are confident in our processing quality ~ We have transactions with major aircraft parts manufacturers and are recognized as a certified factory by GE, specializing in electrical discharge machining for aerospace components and other specialized processes such as water jet cutting. Business Activities
Manufacturing Division Based on our know-how in aerospace component manufacturing, we provide a comprehensive total solution from topology optimization design to processing and inspection. ■ Various types of electrical discharge machining - Die-sinking discharge - Wire cutting - Fine hole discharge ■ Graphite product processing ■ Water jet ■ Handling of discharge-related products - Various electrodes, various graphite electrodes - Bs, Cu pipes, rod electrodes - Wire ■ Design and manufacturing of dedicated equipment - Labor-saving - Compact machines - Dedicated line machines, etc. ■ Design and manufacturing of jigs and tools ■ Measurement Equipment Calibration Division In addition to calibrating illuminance meters, ultraviolet intensity meters, luminance meters, pressure gauges, and thermometers in accordance with ISO standards, we also perform calibration and testing of various other devices. ■ Non-destructive testing-related business Focusing on penetrant testing (PT) related products, we sell penetrants and also import and sell measurement equipment such as magnetic particle testing, X-ray inspection, black lights, and tools, mainly from overseas, as well as designing inspection equipment tailored to customer needs.
