Cutting processing of SS400 material using wire cutting and machining!
Usage: Automotive jig parts Material: SS400 Processing method: Wire cutting, machining center (Robodrill) Material dimensions: 12×122×179 [Processing details] This product is a part used in automotive jigs. It is a finished product that has been additionally processed with wire cutting and a FANUC Robodrill. Since two pieces are required, the material measuring 179mm in height, 122mm in length, and 12mm in thickness is divided into two using wire cutting to reduce material costs. After that, drilling is performed using a machining center. The combination of wire cutting and Robodrill allows for a reduction in required time. Burrs generated during processing are handled manually, and measurements are taken by someone other than the processor to improve work distribution and quality.
