Connection with stainless steel pipes is achieved without flanges! Easy to remove and reinstall, making it convenient for use in temporary piping!
No need for disassembly, easy connection!
Introducing the "Suppon Joint" series of mechanical connection fittings!
The product we are introducing this time is the "Suppon MVD for PVC pipes." It is a fitting that allows connection between PVC pipes and stainless steel pipes.
Since the connection part of the PVC pipe does not use solvents, there is no need for drying or curing, and water can flow immediately after connection. Additionally, it can be installed even if the construction area is wet due to residual water in the existing pipes.
On the stainless steel pipe side, there is no need for threading or flange welding due to mechanical joining.
Since the pipe type switching part is not a flange connection, the risk of leakage from the flange area is reduced, making it excellent in terms of safety, including earthquake resistance.
It is also possible to slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing and new pipes. This can be utilized when repairing or renovating aging piping systems, facilitating connections with existing pipes.
If disassembly is required, it can be easily removed by simply loosening the installed bolts and nuts.
Please give it a try when connecting PVC pipes and stainless steel pipes!
