Pipe laser processing is a revolutionary method that allows for the processing of pipe-shaped workpieces, which were too labor-intensive to handle with conventional methods, in a single step using laser processing. Since there is no need to create press molds, lead times are short, production costs can be significantly reduced, and overall manufacturing efficiency is greatly improved. Our company operates two state-of-the-art pipe laser processing machines from TRUMPF and ADIGE (part of the BLM Group) in Italy. We can provide processing of thick stainless steel pipes, mild steel pipes, aluminum pipes, copper pipes, and brass pipes at ultra-high processing speeds.
