This machine is equipped with two sets of crushing rolls. It is designed to crush grains, chemical products, resins, etc., to the required particle size using two pairs of rollers. The machine features a system that links raw material supply and crushing, automatically opening and closing the rolls. The gap between the feeder gates and the rotation speed of the feeder rolls are adjusted in accordance with the inflow level of the raw materials, and the main rolls are automatically set to the specified gap, allowing for the production of products with a uniform particle size. 1. The rolls are made using a unique research and development-based special casting method, adopting double centrifugal chilled rolls, which excel in product stability due to their hardness, heat conduction uniformity, and absence of pinholes. 2. The crushing temperature is low, resulting in well-shaped products. 3. Particle size adjustment can be easily performed during operation with simple manual adjustments of the roll gap. 4. Compared to hammer mills, it consumes significantly less power, is easy to maintain, and is economical.
