Points of CCUS
CCUS starts with the confirmation of the identity of the skilled worker, who then registers in the system and is issued a CCUS card with an ID. Based on this, the work history is electronically recorded and accumulated, detailing when, at which site, in what occupation, and in what position (such as foreman) the worker has worked. Concurrently, records of qualifications obtained and training attended are registered as part of skills and training documentation. Based on the information registered in CCUS, each skilled worker's evaluation is conducted appropriately, leading to improvements in treatment, and further efforts are made in human resource development to visualize the construction capabilities of specialized contractors who employ excellent skilled workers, aiming to maintain a healthy construction industry.
