High-temperature release agent and lubricant

Heat resistance limit of 900°C! A ceramic lubricant that performs well at ultra-high temperatures.

★For inquiries, please contact us directly at info@audec.co.jp. We will respond promptly.★ Release and lubrication at high temperatures! Easy-to-use spray type! It is used for release and lubrication at high temperatures, such as in the molding of diamond tools. Being an aerosol type, it is easy to use and has good workability. The heat resistance limits and film colors of these release and lubricants vary depending on the lubricant. Boron nitride is white at 900°C. Graphite is black at 315°C. Fluororesin is a yellowish-white at 250°C. In particular, the water-soluble "BN Release" is an environmentally friendly product as it is free of organic solvents. Since there are differences in adhesion and removability depending on the product, please choose the one that is best suited for your work. 【For more details, please refer to the catalog】

Heat-resistant release agent and lubricant | Whity Lilies N <Aerosol>

Release and lubricant for boron nitride with a heat resistance temperature of 800℃.

This is a spray of a binderless heat-resistant lubricating release agent that uses petroleum-based organic solvents instead of the chlorine-based organic solvents previously used in Whitylilies, incorporating boron nitride with consideration for the environment. The upper limit of heat resistance is 800°C in an oxidizing atmosphere (900°C for a short time), 1,200°C in a vacuum, and 2,200°C in an inert atmosphere. [Capacity: 420ml aerosol]

Lubricant | Ultra-thin film lubrication "Micro Lube" <Aerosol>

Fluorine resin + fluorine-based binder ultra-thin film lubricant

"Micro Lube" is designed for lubrication of precision mechanical sliding parts in printers, copiers, cameras, locks, and other applications where dimensional accuracy is critical and low load is required. It is a semi-dry type with a self-repairing function that prevents the lubrication film from breaking, making it suitable for high-speed sliding. It has less stickiness compared to oil-based lubricants, and there is minimal dust attraction and smudging over time. It dries quickly, has less liquid dripping during spraying, and does not leave a white residue like powder sprays.

Heat-resistant lubricant and release agent | Whity Seven

For lubrication and release at high temperatures, as well as preventing seizing and metal adhesion. It is based on boron nitride (hBN).

"Whity Seven" is a heat-resistant lubricant based on boron nitride (hBN) that lubricates in high-temperature ranges where lubricating oils, fluoropolymers, molybdenum disulfide, and graphite lose their lubricating properties. It is a white paste with a heat resistance limit of 900°C in an oxidizing atmosphere and 1,200°C in a vacuum. [Features] - Uses high-purity boron nitride as the lubricant - Excellent lubricity at high temperatures - Dries well at room temperature - No heat cure (baking) required when used in an oxidizing atmosphere - Can be used for lubrication in a vacuum after heat curing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Release agent and lubricant | Black Lube N <Aerosol>

Instead of the previously used chlorine-based organic solvents, petroleum-based organic solvents are used. It forms a fast-drying, uniform conductive black lubricating film.

"Black Lub N" is a product that combines ultra-fine particles of "graphite" with excellent lubricating properties, which has a layered crystal structure, using a special binder. When sprayed or applied, it dries in a few minutes, forming a thin black lubricating film. With a heat resistance temperature of 500°C, it is ideal for release agents and lubricants under high temperatures. ■ Main Features - Heat resistance temperature of 500°C - Drying time is about 5 minutes, and it is completely dry in 2 to 3 hours. - The thickness of the film is about 10 microns and adheres uniformly. - Thermal conductivity is comparable to or exceeds that of metals. - It has a small thermal expansion coefficient and strong resistance to thermal shock. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
