Vibration-damping end mills "Fujin Mill" "Raijin Mill"
Adopting an irregular core thickness to improve rigidity. Capable of drilling with a four-blade carbide design. Vibration is also reduced.
The "Fujin Mill" and "Raijin Mill" are end mills that contribute to high-efficiency machining with irregular core thickness (tapered core thickness) for groove processing and side processing. By adopting uneven division and uneven lead, they suppress chatter, and their unique bottom blade shape allows for drilling with four cutting edges. We also offer types with hybrid coatings suitable for machining SUS304 and Ti-6Al-4V workpieces for each product. 【Features】 ■ Increased tool rigidity due to irregular core thickness, preventing machining surface collapse ■ Sizes: φ1 to 20 (Fujin Mill), φ1 to 25 (Raijin Mill) ■ Blade diameter tolerance: 0 to -0.02 ■ Compatible with regrinding *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
