[Improvement Case] Production of Computer Covers

Protect your computer from dust and maintain a clean working environment!

We would like to introduce a case where a computer cover was created for the headquarters factory, which manages inventory and delivery schedules using a document called a manufacturing instruction sheet. Previously, computers were placed directly on the workbench, posing a risk of getting dirty from oil mist and coolant splashes from the processing machines. Therefore, we carefully measured the dimensions of the workbench, created our own drawings, and then ordered L-shaped angles. As a result, a perfectly sized cover was completed. By creating something that fits our work environment instead of purchasing off-the-shelf products, we were able to keep costs down while installing a user-friendly cover.
