We can process surface roughness up to Rz3 with machining dry cutting! Leave it to us!

In the Uehara model, soft materials such as Teflon and fluororesin can be processed to a surface roughness of Rz3 using machining dry cutting. If the shape can be created with contour machining, it is possible to process it. By performing dry processing instead of conventional wet processing or lathe processing, it becomes possible to process materials that are not oil-resistant or water-resistant.
