We would like to introduce a case where our company responded to a customer's concerns with full effort. The customer consulted us after their long-time foundry went bankrupt, and they received a quote for a new casting mold that was excessively high. In response, we proposed that for around 30 pieces, machining would be a sufficient solution, which also offers advantages in dimensional accuracy. Additionally, to bring the price closer to that of the previous casting mold, we included suggestions such as changing materials and relaxing drawing tolerances.
