[Development Case] Tool Replacement Prediction System

We would like to introduce a case study of a system developed to calculate the tool replacement time and predict the timing of replacements. The timing for tool replacement is predicted in real-time based on equipment information and various settings, such as usage frequency and replacement guidelines. For equipment that is nearing replacement, the system displays the types and quantities of tools needed for replacement on a tablet. After implementation, by accurately preparing the necessary tools for replacement without mistakes or shortages, we were able to prevent operational errors, production stoppages, and quality issues.
