It is a rubber compound weighing 21 kg, which includes 1 kg of curing agent batch added to 20 kg of A-grade rubber. By mixing these components, a flame-retardant V-0 CR final material (hardness 60 degrees) can be produced. For example, if 5 kg of rubber material is needed, 250 g of the curing agent batch should be used and mixed in. Lyfecycle is a masterbatch additive that modifies PE and PP to be biodegradable, using a unique technology that differs from oxidative degradation.

This is the world's first technology to biodegrade polyethylene and polypropylene in the natural environment. By simply adding 2% of a masterbatch to PE or PP, the entire resin biodegrades without leaving microplastics, thanks to our unique biotransformation technology. Since only 2% of the masterbatch is added, the original physical properties of PE and PP are almost maintained. Products molded with lyfecycle begin to decompose after the expected usage period and ultimately completely break down into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass. By adding this masterbatch to thermoplastic resins, improvements in wear resistance and sliding properties can be expected. Ultra-high molecular weight silicone is more durable than conventional silicone and excels in wear resistance under harsh conditions.
