This is a rheometer suitable for rheological measurements of low-viscosity liquids, adopting a double-cylinder method with an outer cylinder rotation (capable of measuring viscosity and elasticity). The torque measurement section features a practical elastic hinge-type bearing developed by AIST, achieving high-sensitivity torque measurement without using air bearings.
This eliminates the need for clean air management, allowing for more flexible installation locations. It also contributes to CO2 reduction. Additionally, it is easy to maintain and offers advantages in terms of size and cost.
