We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured the "PAN_TILT mechanism ASSY" used in surveillance cameras. Initially, the worm/gear was made of metal, but we successfully integrated it with resin. This contributed to a significant increase in mass production capability and cost reduction. Transitioned to detailed design, created drawings for components, conducted cost estimation, and achieved a satisfactory outcome!

We would like to introduce a case where our company conducted Value Engineering (VE) for equipment and solved the issues. The customer was looking to reduce costs for a manual rotation system, but there were no cost-reducing components identified by the internal designers. Our company proposed a simpler mechanism that satisfied the functionality while reducing the number of parts, conducted conceptual studies, and implemented Design Reviews (DR). We then transitioned to detailed design, created drawings for the components, and provided cost estimates, resulting in customer satisfaction in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service (QCDS). 【Case Overview】 ■Issue - Cost reduction for a manual rotation system ■Result - Proposed a simpler mechanism that satisfied functionality while reducing the number of parts - Transitioned to detailed design, created drawings for the components, and provided cost estimates *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
