This is a metal parts factory located in Higashi-Osaka. We handle a wide range of products including mold components (custom punches and dies) and industrial machine parts (pins, shafts, jigs), and we specialize in processing die steel (SKD11) and high-speed steel (SKH51). We are equipped with both cutting and grinding facilities, and after cutting, we perform heat treatment followed by grinding (internal, external, flat), L2 (hard turning) processing, and wire processing to achieve micron tolerances. If specified, we also apply various surface treatments after lapping. We can handle orders starting from just one piece! In particular, we excel at producing single items, accommodating sizes from small parts to large ones (Φ1 to Φ180), from sizes that fit on a fingertip to those that can be held with one hand.
