Heart-shaped mold

No bending marks like those from a V-shaped mold will remain! This allows for a reduction in work processes and cost savings.

The "heart-shaped mold" is a product with extremely high wear resistance, as it is treated with hard chrome plating on high-hardness quenched materials. By making the contact surface between the bending material and the mold a large R surface, localized high pressure is avoided. Therefore, no scratches occur during processing. Additionally, protective sheets or anti-scratch sheets that were applied to the material are no longer necessary.
