We would like to introduce our efforts to achieve high-precision plastic molded products. While it is possible to create molds with micron-level precision, manufacturing molded products at the micron level is challenging. At our company, we measure the workpiece on precision machining equipment and repeatedly measure and process it without removing it from the machine until the intended shape is achieved. Additionally, the cooling circuits of the molds are typically set at a distance of about 25mm to 35mm from the molded product, within feasible limits. However, we consider the cooling balance in relation to the product thickness and bring the cooling circuits closer to about 5mm where necessary. This reduces warping of the molded products and, in some cases, has resulted in eliminating the need for post-molding correction jigs.
