In the case of problems in irregular extrusion, a waviness phenomenon may occur. Looking at the CAE analysis diagram, it can be seen that the flow rate of the resin in the waviness area is fast, and the amount of resin flowing is large, which indicates that this phenomenon occurs. One method to adjust the resin flow balance is to change the length of the resin flow path (by modifying the internal resin flow path of the mold) or to adjust by changing the slit width of the mold. *For more details, please refer to the middle section of the page.
