In the pilot stage, we can manufacture ceramic structures with minimum hole diameters of φ0.02mm and above using extrusion molding, with a standard length of 100mm. The dimensional accuracy is within ±5% for both inner and outer diameters, and we can also provide micron-level precision through additional processing. Not only can we create pipe shapes, but we can also design multiple holes, irregular shapes, and different hole diameters. We handle high-purity alumina, zirconia, and aluminum nitride, and we will make proposals that suit your application.
