"Super High-Pressure Molding" is a molding method that applies high air pressure to the film to create height differences, unlike vacuum forming or pressure forming, which deform the film by adding heat to manufacture three-dimensional products. It achieves high positional accuracy on the top surface and enables film molding with minimal heating by adopting "super" pressure up to 150 atmospheres. Deep drawing is possible from +18mm to -40mm. The material thickness can be widely selected from thin to thick (0.05 to 2mm).
