Introducing a bolt-connected operating platform that reduces welding and pursues a reduction in man-hours for factory production and installation sites. [Utilizing TEKLA STRUCTURES]
In various plants and factory facilities, numerous floors and walkways (including stairs, ladders, and handrails) are installed for people to gather for the operation, maintenance inspection, and monitoring of equipment, tanks, pumps, conveyors, manholes, piping valves, etc., regardless of whether they are indoors or outdoors.
These operational platforms are typically constructed through welding during the factory fabrication and assembly work at the installation site of beams, columns, stairs, and handrails. However, the removal of welding thermal distortion and finishing work for painting often accompany this process, contributing to high costs.
We would like to introduce a bolt-connected operational platform that can reduce welding labor, not only decreasing fabrication labor but also contributing to a reduction in assembly labor at the installation site.

By utilizing the general-purpose 3D software "TEKLA STRUCTURES," we conduct structural planning and verification of equipment operability, and after confirming the strength of each component, we expand it into factory fabrication drawings with the client's approval if necessary. We provide part processing drawings, product assembly drawings, installation drawings, 3D data, and various lists created from the 3D model.
