Sanki Construction Co., Ltd., which manufactures, designs, and constructs steel frame products at its own factory, has collaborated with Fujitane Kin Co., Ltd., which conducts research, development, and sales of shiitake mushroom spores, to realize solar sharing with solar power generation and shiitake mushrooms.
Sanki Construction operates a 3-tan (approximately 3,000 square meters) farm with about 12,000 logs and approximately 300 kW of solar power generation combined with a shiitake mushroom farm. Due to its convenient access, it has also become very popular as a tourist farm where visitors can pick shiitake mushrooms. Based on this know-how, we offer comprehensive consultations from the manufacturing, design, and construction of dedicated frames to the application process and pathways for starting agricultural businesses, as well as PR and sales channels for the farm.
