Lathe Processing × Urgent Response Case │ Spherical R-Shaped Parts for Automotive Advanced Development

Processing examples of A7075 on NC lathes and 5-axis machining centers. Manufactured for the automotive, motorcycle, and transportation equipment industries. Achieving short delivery times and low prices with spherical R shapes.

<Case Information> Within three weeks, a spherical R-shaped component for automotive advanced development was needed. Although it was expected to take about four weeks for the usual delivery of shaped processed products, it was completed in two weeks. Due to the undercut of the spherical R-shaped part (the backside viewed from the top, which is the shaded area), it could not be processed with commercially available tools.
