Tokiwa Seiko, located in Nishi-Nari Ward, Osaka City, specializes in powder molding molds and parts processing.
Since our founding in 1937, we have adapted our business to the times, starting production of molds around 1955, primarily manufacturing powder metallurgy molds and precision press molds. Currently, leveraging the know-how gained from mold production, we have expanded our field into the area of ultra-precision component processing, receiving high praise from various sectors. Moving forward, all of our employees will continue to strive for improvement, aiming to be a company that contributes to society through manufacturing that looks toward the future.
Business Activities
We handle everything from material procurement to inspection for powder metallurgy molds, cemented carbide processing, press molds, die sets, precision tools, and prototype parts. Utilizing cutting-edge equipment such as NC electric discharge machines, NC profile grinders, and NC tool grinding machines, we can also take on the processing of high-hardness hardened materials and cemented carbides that are difficult to machine with cutting methods.
