The Rubig plasma nitriding device features an advanced temperature control system that combines mass production capability with high quality, making it suitable for improving the release properties, lubricity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of your products. Plasma nitriding treatment is also known as ion nitriding. It is a method where the treated parts are used as the cathode and the furnace wall as the anode, applying voltage to generate glow discharge in a hydrogen-nitrogen atmosphere under reduced pressure, forming a nitrided layer on the surface. This process results in minimal distortion and eliminates the need for subsequent processes.
