The "MQL Semi-Dry Machining System" achieves high-efficiency machining without coolant by applying a very small amount of specialized oil mist precisely to the cutting edge.
With a discharge of only 4 to 30 mL per hour, the workpiece and chips remain dry, reducing the burden of the cleaning process. Additionally, the oil is highly biodegradable, making it environmentally friendly.
