This is an automatic wafer detaching device after wire sawing (slicing). By setting the ingot adhered to the plate jig on the input side, the system performs everything from rough cleaning to wafer detachment, wafer single-sheet cleaning, drying, and cassette storage automatically. The plate jig after detachment is discharged to the unloader side. Detachment is done using a hot air heating method, one piece at a time. The wafers after detachment undergo single-sheet cleaning. After high-pressure cleaning with two fluids, scrub cleaning, rinse cleaning, and drying with suction rollers, they are stored one by one in the cassette at the unloader section using a horizontal multi-joint robot. Storage can be selected from the upper or lower section of the cassette (which holds 25 pieces). A maximum of 6 storage cassettes can be accommodated. It is compatible with OHT transport.

We received an inquiry from Company F, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical raw materials, stating, "It is unavoidable for residual heel to remain in the centrifuge for safety reasons, but due to the high drug prices, we would like to increase the amount that can be recovered in one batch as much as possible." In response, we proposed and delivered a centrifuge equipped with a "residual crystal peeling device (screw)." As a result of using our centrifuge, it has become possible to increase the recovery rate of crystals by several percent to over ten percent, leading to an expected increase in profit margins. Furthermore, due to the reasons mentioned above, we have received requests to use the screw in other equipment, resulting in repeat orders. 【Residual Crystal Peeling Device (Screw)】 - Adopts a screw structure, allowing for automatic recovery of residual crystals adhering to the filter cloth. - The spiral peeling device continuously scrapes while pushing the residual crystals downward, enabling reliable processing in a short time. - Automatic recovery of residual crystals adhering to the filter cloth, which was previously done manually, is now possible. *Specifically, the scraping clearance is 12 mm or more without options, but with the screw installed, it can be reduced to 6 mm, allowing for a clearance reduction of 6 mm.
