My company needed improvement... After I had gotten a bit used to the work, my boss presented a new challenge: "I want to do something about the drainage." I contacted IMT, and a salesperson came right away. As always, he greeted me with a refreshing smile, but I felt a bit nervous. "I need to pull myself together," I thought, switching my mindset back to work. When I asked, "How do other companies handle drainage?" I received an explanation that included examples from other companies. I can't say it out loud, but our company's drainage treatment is not good... It's bad. We have to improve somehow. Recently, there has been a need to address SDGs, and I was told that there are many questions like mine. They mentioned that there is a suitable product and introduced me to it. Thinking he would be able to buy it, the guy from IMT came over with a grin. I decided to tease him a bit by mentioning that there was a competing candidate. His expression changed; he looked desperate. (laughs) He desperately promoted his achievements and features, sharing stories about a customer who embedded 5,000 units in 10 months. I told him, "I'll consider it." *In reality, it was already decided on IMT. (laughs)* Many of the same models had been delivered to our clients and affiliated companies, and it seemed my boss had heard good reviews, indicating that the track record was sufficient. Since the product is made in Japan, I would prefer to use Japanese-made equipment. The next day, I informed him that it was decided on IMT. "Thank you so much!!" This is a case study of precision grinding. Buff polishing equivalent to #1000 on a "stirring machine (blade)." Due to its ultra-precision, there are almost no surface irregularities. There is no corrosion or adhesion of impurities, allowing for long-term use. *The image on the left shows a buff polished screw (equivalent to #1000) made of SUS430.
