[ZENFormer Case Study] Ceramic Core for Chip Inductors
Introducing a case where 14 parts were simultaneously molded at a speed of 22 spm!
We would like to introduce a prototype case of ceramic powder molding that images the core part of a chip inductor, performed using the powder molding machine "ZENFormer plus20." When molding multiple parts simultaneously with a standard press machine, variations in compression rates can occur depending on the components. With the plus, the slides are always kept parallel, allowing for uniform compression even when molding multiple parts at the same time. This has achieved a high productivity of over 300 pieces per minute. [Case Overview] - Despite being small H-shaped components measuring 2×1×1mm, molding was done using a withdrawal method. - High-quality multiple part handling was achieved through parallel control. - Filling and compression amounts were highly precise due to complete digital control. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
