High-quality and high-precision printing through a consistent system [sublimation transfer].
Printing process that does not use any water, taking into consideration the Earth’s environment by preventing wastewater generation.
At Padec Co., Ltd., our sublimation transfer printing business conducts printing using inkjet transfer paper and gravure transfer paper. Sublimation transfer printing is a method that involves applying heat and pressure of around 200°C to transfer paper printed with disperse dye ink, causing the ink to vaporize (sublimate) and penetrate the fibers. At Padec, sublimation transfer printing is possible even with blended materials as long as they contain polyester. Please consult with us, as we can handle everything from planning to printing processing and sewing in a consistent system, primarily focusing on textile printing. 【Features】 ■ No need for steaming, washing, or setting after transfer processing, resulting in high dimensional stability ■ No limitations on the number of colors, allowing for beautiful reproduction of photographic and gradient effects ■ Since the dye penetrates the fabric, it is less likely to peel, fade, or crack ■ Compared to direct printing, it allows for high-definition expression ■ Diverse designs are possible on a variety of materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
