We have manufactured only two shafts. We used SCM415 steel and applied carburizing hardening. The hardness is high at HRC (Rockwell hardness) 52 or higher. Carburizing hardening is a process that hardens the surface layer to enhance wear resistance while keeping the interior soft and maintaining toughness. Since carbon is added, it is generally applied to low-carbon steel and is commonly used for components such as shafts. Additionally, our in-house quality control department is equipped with a Rockwell hardness testing machine, allowing us to deliver quality-assured products that have been checked for precise dimensions, geometric tolerances, and hardness. We would like to introduce a case where the "Compact Wastewater Treatment Device, Aqua Nature Plus" was implemented in the industrial waste treatment industry. A significant issue was the discharge of wastewater containing a large amount of oil during the cleaning of the packer trucks used for collection and transportation. After implementation, we were able to complete one batch treatment within 30 minutes by combining natural filtration methods with reusable filter bags, and we could process 8 to 10 batches a day using a coagulation and sedimentation treatment device with a capacity of 1m3 per batch.
